Fantastic location and beautiful decor. Staff were incredibly helpful and always friendly

The only small complaint was the room was very hot and despite turning the heating off and opening a window was still too hot

The best hotel ever.

The hotel was beautifully designed. Festive Christmas trees. The reception were welcoming and helpful. The best I have come across on my travels. The breakfast were excellent as were the staff. The room was well designed with a beautiful view of the church. Wonderfully designed bathroom.

The bedroom was overheated. Even with the heating off and the window open.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, great location

Breakfast was ok. Location was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing and very kind and helpful.

The room was warm at night, had to open the window, used sheer curtain for screen. If you take your card out of the power slot, your phones, etc will not charge

The staff was the kindest and most responsive group I have ever encountered. The breakfast, facilities, care and style of the hotel was just magical.

Great location, clean, tidy and polite staff.

The location was the main draw for the hotel, didn’t want to stay in a normal city centre box, even though we usually only sleep in the room, spend the days walking around the city and changing before dining out.

Not sure if this was just us, but we had a massive mosquito problem, between us, around 40 bites, most of them on me. The room has a mosquito repellent but each day the cleaner opened the window to air the room, two very uncomfortable nights after, and several days of creams and tablets.

We stayed in 2016 and returned in 2023 and will return once again in the future. Amazing location!

Not a view, but it made no difference. We were either sleeping our out and about.

A very special hotel in the heart of Florence

Location was fantastic. Everything was so close by including the train station for our onward journey to Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was delicious with lovely fresh coffee. The views from the roof top swimming pool were amazing. We did the cookery course booked via the hotel and this was one of the highlights of our trip.

Pillows too hard. Swimming pool too cold but still a lovely feature.

Hotel Grand Minerva is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with excellent location. It has an amazing rooftop pool with panoram

Gorgeous hotel with amazing location. Very close to the train station. Beautiful roof top pool with gorgeous panoramic views. Delicious breakfast buffet and friendly staff

Night concierge was not super helpful. When we stayed there was train strike and our train to Rome was cancelled. We contacted the concierge to see if they could help us coordinate a private car or taxi and she said no. That we would have to do this on our own. This turned out to be a very stressful event.
